Required documents and rental conditions

To rent a car at Enterprise, the following conditions must be met and physical copies of documents must be provided:

• Valid identity document: Identity card or passport.
• Valid driving licence: Held for at least one year.
• Credit card: Issued in the name of the main driver (we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club).
• Driver's age: Minimum age 21. For drivers aged 21-24 an additional "Young Renter Fee" charge applies.

Vehicle collection and return

Our branches are located at convenient locations, such as airports and city centres in the largest Polish cities. Before signing the collection report, we recommend a thorough check of the vehicle's condition for any existing damage. Cars are issued with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition, to avoid additional refuelling charges at rental company rates. We also offer the possibility of returning the vehicle at a different location (the "one-way" service).

Every rental standardly includes third-party liability insurance (OC). For complete peace of mind we offer additional packages, such as SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver), which significantly reduce or completely eliminate the financial liability of the renter for vehicle damage, and TWP (Tires and Windshield Protection), covering tyres and windows.

Driving an SUV differs from driving a standard car. The higher centre of gravity requires smoother manoeuvres on bends and earlier braking. On the other hand, the higher position as a driver, the so-called "Command Driving Position", provides excellent visibility, which allows you to better anticipate situations on the road. Remember that although the intelligent xDrive drive significantly improves traction on slippery surfaces, it does not shorten the braking distance - always maintain a safe following distance.

What to do in the event of a breakdown or collision?

In the event of any road incident, proceed according to the following steps:

2. If there are injured parties or there is any doubt as to fault, call the relevant services (police, ambulance).

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) and debit cards for rental charges. However, to block the deposit for the duration of the rental, a credit card issued in the name of the main driver is required. Yes, a deposit is required and its amount depends on the vehicle class.

What insurance is included in the price and can I extend it?
The price of every rental includes basic third-party liability insurance (OC). We offer the possibility of purchasing additional packages, such as SCDW, which reduce or eliminate the renter's financial liability for vehicle damage.

Where can I collect and return the car?
Our branches are located at convenient locations at airports and in the centres of the largest Polish cities. There is also the possibility of returning the vehicle at a different branch than the one where it was collected (the "one-way" service).

Do I have to return the car with a full tank of fuel?
Yes. All our cars are issued with a full tank and we ask for return in the same condition. In the opposite case a refuelling charge will be applied according to the rental company's rates.
