Required documents and conditions
To ensure the vehicle collection process goes smoothly, we ask you to prepare a few necessary documents. Our conditions are clear and consistent with international standards.
Driving licence, identity document/passport
The main driver (and every additional driver) must have a valid driving licence (held for at least one year) and a valid identity document or passport.
Driver's age, experience
The minimum driver's age for most vehicles is 21. However, in the case of renting premium and luxury class vehicles, to which Porsche models belong, the required age is the completion of 25 years of age.
Deposit and its return
At the moment of vehicle collection, a deposit (security deposit) is blocked on the main driver's credit card. The card must be physically present and issued in the name of the renter. The deposit amount is released upon damage-free vehicle return, in accordance with the contract terms.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I take a rented Porsche abroad?
Yes, travel in a rented vehicle outside Poland is possible. A one-off "cross-border fee" of 123 EUR applies for rental up to 30 days. We will inform you about the countries to which entry is prohibited, which includes among others Albania, Belarus, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. The full list is available in our rental terms.
What are the kilometre limits and what happens if they are exceeded?
For short-term rentals (up to 27 days) there is usually no kilometre limit. For long-term rentals, lasting 28 days and more, a limit of 3,000 km applies per every 28 days. The limit is adjusted proportionally to the length of the rental. Detailed information regarding any charges for exceeding the kilometre limit can be found in the rental agreement.
What does the insurance cover?
Every rented vehicle has mandatory third-party liability insurance (OC). Additionally, the rental price includes a CDW/TP (Collision Damage Waiver/Theft Protection) package, which limits the renter's financial liability for vehicle damage or theft to the amount of own contribution specified in the contract. There is the possibility of purchasing additional packages that reduce or eliminate the own contribution.
What to do in the event of a breakdown or accident?
In the event of any breakdown or road incident, immediately contact us via our 24/7 assistance line. The telephone number can be found in the vehicle documents and in the rental agreement. In the event of a collision involving third parties, calling the Police to the incident scene is obligatory in order to draw up an official report, which is necessary for settling the damage with the insurer.
What forms of payment are available?
We accept payments by popular credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express. A credit card, issued in the name and surname of the main driver, is necessary for blocking the deposit (security) at the moment of vehicle collection. The rental charge itself may in some cases be settled with the same credit card or, in certain cases, with a debit card.
Can I extend the rental during the course of the contract?
Yes, there is the possibility of extending the rental period. To do this, contact our office at least 12 hours before the originally agreed return date and time. Extension requires our consent and settlement of payment for the additional period in accordance with the applicable price list. Keeping the vehicle without our consent is associated with additional penalty charges.
