Promotion Terms and Conditions


This offer entitles you to a 10% discount on the base vehicle rental rate for bookings of a minimum of 2 days [based on the best available daily rates on the website at the time of booking], applicable throughout the entire rental period (the “Rental Period”).


The offer is available at selected Enterprise Rent-A-Car branches in Poland.


The offer is valid for all bookings made between October 9, 2025 and February 28, 2026, for rental periods between October 9, 2025 and February 28, 2026, and does not apply to rentals exceeding 28 days. The offer applies to all vehicle classes available at the time of booking.


All drivers must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in the country of rental. Age policies vary by country and will be available for review at the time of online booking.


Unless otherwise specified, the offer does not include any additional charges, including but not limited to: optional excess waiver, one-way rental fees, fuel costs, additional driver or young driver surcharges, or the rental of optional equipment (such as child seats, snow chains, roof racks, navigation systems, etc.).
Pick-up and delivery services are subject to geographical restrictions. Detailed information is available at the rental branch.


You have the right to cancel your reservation at any time before the rental period begins without incurring any penalties. If the reservation is no longer needed, please cancel it before the start of the rental period.


This offer is subject to vehicle availability and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or applied to previous or existing bookings.


This offer and these terms are supplementary to, and not a substitute for, the rental agreement terms and conditions, which contain important provisions governing vehicle rental and remain fully in effect.

As a consumer, you benefit from all mandatory legal provisions of the country in which you live. Nothing in these terms, including the paragraph above, limits your rights as a consumer under such local laws.
